Target for TRI stock boosted to C$35

Analysts at Canadian investment bank TD Securities boosted their target price for Thomson Reuters shares to C$35 from C$33 in a note issued to investors on Wednesday. The firm currently has a Hold rating on the stock.

TRI stock traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange was down 0.97 per cent on Wednesday, hitting C$32.45. The stock’s 52-week low is C$26.65 and high C$33.54. Its 50-day moving average is currently C$31.81.

Other equities research analysts that have recently issued reports about the stock include CIBC which raised its price target to C$33 from C$31.50 in a research note to investors on 25 March. CIBC now has a Sector Perform rating on the stock.

TRI has an average rating among analysts of Hold and an average price target of C$33.40. ■
