Weekend editorial cutbacks

I do hope Reuters has sent a formal protest to Turkey's would-be coup leaders for daring to launch a putsch at the weekend, when Reuters plans to cut back editorial staff, and warned them that they'll be in real trouble if they dare to repeat such disobedience come September, when the plan goes into effect [Staff shortages force editorial cutbacks at Reuters]. ■
