Charles Kershner

A correction is in order for the story on the passing of Charles Kershner.
When the Kershners purchased the Clinton Courier, it most certainly was not bankrupt.
At no time during our nearly 10-year ownership of the Courier was the business in debt, unable to pay bills in a timely manner or even close to verging on bankruptcy.

The obituary was based on a report of Charles Kershner’s death in the Clinton Courier which has now published the above letter. The obituary on The Baron has been amended. - Editor ■
