James Smith’s shameless remarks on the need know what inspires employees [TR staff need new thinking and behaviour - CEO] is a grim reminder of how the once-storied organization has become a shadow of its former self. Unfortunately, he can take credit for creating the dreadful environment which forced the departure of the very people who made it their mission to make TR second to none. Perhaps it is Smith who is missing the passion that made working for the Baron “a thrill a minute”. ■
