People goal

I’m not sure about the headline, with its reference to a new goal [Top Thomson Reuters executives set managers a new goal]. The “people goal” set for “people managers” by the “chief people officer” seems to be exactly the same as the goals relating to staff that we had when I was in management at Reuters 6-10 years ago, and probably the same 20 years ago too. ■
