Reg Watts: The knack of being likeable, even when angry

Reg stood for everything that made Reuters such a good place to work. While always focused, he always saw the wider significance. While always professional, he was also always personable. Even when angry, he had the knack of being likeable, and doing that even when he was right (as he invariably was) and you were wrong (as often). He will be missed. ■
