Reuters Vision 2019: an old story recycled

Re Reuters ‘Vision 2019’, it’s an old news agency trick to recycle an old story, rewriting the nightlead to turn it into a daylead for the evening newspapers. As a 19th Century French journalist and editor of Le Figaro once noted: "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose" (the more it changes, the more it's the same thing). ■
