Thomson Reuters shares scam?

I received a telephone call asking me about some unspecified “opportunity” concerning my Thomson Reuters shares. It seemed obviously to be some sort of scam. Who would legitimately call any shareholder about their investments? I told the caller in no uncertain terms not to bother me about it and rang off.
