Where's Harvey?

The Harvey mentioned by John Woodhead in his 30 January mail is almost certainly Harvey Cooper, who was a salesman and manager for Reuters in the sixties and seventies. He worked mainly in London and New York.

He does indeed live on a boat called Guitar. ■
