Ex-desk ramblers up in the hills

Former London desk hands brave the inconsistencies of the British climate for a walk in the hills north of London.

Pictured are Ron Askew, Ian Jones, Len Santorelli, Naomi Wimborne-Idrissi, Mike Hughes and Sandy Critchley, part of an occasional Baronial rambling group which also periodically carbo-loads at the North Sea Fish Restaurant in Bloomsbury. They are on the east Chilterns, near Hughes' home.

A previous outing to the South Downs was organised by Dale Faulken.
