Big hurrah for great editor who chronicled decline and fall of a giant

All of us, survivors, are enormously indebted to our old colleague, Barry May, for his magisterial editorship of The Baron.

Through the website, he has overseen virtually the funeral rites for a once-powerful Reuters that occupied our careers. He chronicled the good, the bad and the ugly to counter the baleful influence of the proprietorial Thomson family in Toronto. A big shoutout for a real pro to enjoy leisure and health after long toil for our sakes! ■
