Chris Catlin

I was very sad indeed about this news. I remember Chris as a young man starting his career in the Moscow office, where I worked with him. He was a very talented person, whether as journalist or writer, or linguist, possessing shrewd judgment. May I add my name to those expressing their condolences to his wife, Shirley, and family. ■
