I trust that we will shortly have a full translation of Mary Alice Vuicic's cock-eyed diatribe on (I think) how Reuters staff should be improving customer relations. Strangely I do not recall being asked to "cut silos" during my time at Reuters. But we didn't have a "chief people officer" back then. Onwards and upwards! ■
