I’ll always remember a day when Rick showed no trace of a stammer. At one of the saddest farewell sendoffs for anyone in Reuters, it was he who took the lead: "THREE CHEERS FOR IAN MACDOWALL!" So: "THREE CHEERS FOR RICK NORSWORTHY!" It is a great privilege to have known him. ■
