Obituary: Robert Green

From 1967 to 1997 Green was a key member of the team covering Congress, and also reported from the White House, Supreme Court, Pentagon, Justice Department and other federal agencies. He then returned to his home state of Florida where he served as a stringer in Miami and later retired to the city of his birth, St Petersburg.

Prior to joining Reuters Green was a sports writer with the Fort Lauderdale News. ■
