Senior EMI executive joins Reuters as CFO

Her experience and commercial flair will be a huge asset to Reuters, Rashbass told staff.

At EMI she was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Europe, having been senior vice president, corporate development, for EMI Group in charge of investor relations and corporate finance. 

Palmer moves into a role filled temporarily over recent months by John Carrozza who now moves full-time into his job as global head of finance and sales operations for Reuters Agency. He and the rest of the Reuters finance team will now report to Palmer, Rashbass said. ■
