Honky Tonk Tim

I can vouch for Mike Reilly’s tribute to Tim Arlott, twice over. 

The Tim and Mike duo belting out Honky Tonk Women on a stage in Almaty really did get the Kazakh and multi-national conference crowd moving. And, on a wider stage, Tim has been for so many years (44, yes!) a most effective and supportive colleague in the TV field, a seriously expert negotiator and networker. Always entertaining too. Happy retirement, Tim, or whatever you choose to call it. ■
