Next Baron's Briefing - Bernd Debusmann Jr

The next Baron's Briefing will be on Thursday,15^th October at 6pm London time (BST).  Bernd Debusmann Jr, a BBC White House reporter, will give an online talk previewing the U.S. midterm elections on November 3.

Debusmann, son of the veteran Reuters correspondent, covers primarily President Trump, his administration and U.S. politics. Before joining the BBC in 2021, he spent nearly six years based in Dubai and covering the region for magazines and newspapers. He began his career at Reuters, first on the Latin America TV desk in Washington, then as a reporter covering City Hall and the NYPD in New York City before moving over to be a producer with the TV team based in Mexico City. He has also freelanced for the Washington Post, South China Morning Post, Fox News and others.
